Client Information, Consent & Agreement

Trust, respect, and clarity matter to me. This page explains the nature of my services, how your information is handled, and the agreement we enter into together.

Before we begin

Before participating in any wellbeing, companionship, hypnotherapy, relaxation, Reiki, or complementary support session, I understand and agree that:

  1. The services provided by ALBA Wellbeing are intended to support wellbeing, quality of life, self-awareness, relaxation, personal development, companionship, and emotional support.
  2. These services do not replace medical diagnosis, medical treatment, nursing care, psychological therapy, emergency services, or advice from a GP, consultant, or other healthcare professional.
  3. I understand that I should continue to follow the advice and treatment plans provided by my healthcare professionals.
  4. No guarantee of specific outcomes, results, improvements, or benefits has been made.
  5. I understand that all decisions regarding my health, wellbeing, treatment, and personal circumstances remain my own responsibility.
  6. I agree to provide relevant information about my health and wellbeing where appropriate and to inform the practitioner of any significant changes.
  7. I understand that participation is voluntary and that I may stop a session or withdraw consent at any time.
  8. I understand that the practitioner may decide that a service is not suitable for my circumstances and may recommend seeking support from another professional or service.
  9. I understand that wellbeing, hypnotherapy, Reiki, companionship, and supportive conversations are collaborative processes and that outcomes may vary from person to person.
  10. Information shared during sessions will be treated confidentially unless there is a legal, safeguarding, or serious safety concern requiring disclosure.
  11. I have had the opportunity to ask questions and understand the nature of the services being offered.
  12. I freely choose to participate and provide informed consent.

Confidentiality

Respect, trust, and confidentiality are important foundations of my work.

Information shared during conversations and sessions will be treated with care, respect, and confidentiality.

Personal information will not be shared with third parties without your permission except where required by law, safeguarding responsibilities, or where there is a serious concern regarding the safety of yourself or another person.

I believe that people are more able to explore their thoughts, feelings, experiences, concerns, hopes, and choices when they feel safe, respected, and confident that their privacy will be protected.

Confidentiality, trust, comfort, acceptance, and respect are central principles of ALBA Wellbeing. My principle is simple: professional knowledge and human presence.

I believe in helping people without taking away their autonomy. My role is not to take over someone’s life, but to support them in living it in the way that feels right for them.

I aim to create conditions for wellbeing, confidence, meaningful connection, and happiness, while respecting each person’s freedom, dignity, and choices.
